DESCRIPTION:AGM Wednesday September 7\, 7.30pm at the Playhouse.\nJoin the Board of The South Canterbury Drama League.\n\n\nOur Board is made up of six members and a President.\nEach is elected for a two-year term. At this years’ annual general meeting\, some of the current Board members two-year terms will end.\n\n\nThis year\, two members of the current Board: Nicola Carnegie and Alice Sollis will have completed their two-year term. Andrew Robb was co-opted onto the Board during the year. The above named may or may not choose to stand for re-election/election to the Board.\n\n\nIn total\, four Board member positions are available and nominations are invited for these vacancies.\n\n\nThe role of the Board of the South Canterbury Drama League is to govern the Drama League on your behalf. As such\, the Board needs to collectively hold the appropriate experience\, qualifications\, and competencies to effectively undertake its significant responsibilities.\nAccordingly\, all members of the South Canterbury Drama League are encouraged to be actively involved in the formation of the Board.\n\n\nHere’s what you can do.\nNominate someone to stand for election on the Board or consider standing yourself.\n\n\nCome to the Drama Leagues’ AGM\, find out what is happening at the League and vote for your preferred candidates.\n\n\nClick here for nomination forms. https://mcusercontent.com/…/BOARD_NOMINATION_FORM_2022.pdf\n\n\n*Board meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month in the evening.\n\n\nPeople attending the AGM are invited to stay afterwards for a light supper in the lounge.
